Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
No more than two pets will be allowed per apartment.
A separate deposit and fee will be required for any animal permitted to the property (EXCLUDING SERVICE OR THERAPY ANIMALS).
Pet fees must be paid in full at the time of move-in.
Pet deposits may have a payment arrangement made. However, if a payment is missed or is late, the pet deposit will be accelerated and made immediately due.
All pets must be on a pet lease and follow all policies and procedures of the lease contract.
Reasonable accommodation will be made for service/therapy animals.
Acceptable pets include cats, birds, dogs, and service or therapy animals.
The following full or mixed breeds of dogs will be allowed with a letter of recommendation from the animal’s veterinarian and additional insurance requirements on the animal: Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and Great Dane.

This requirement is excused if the animal is considered a service or therapy animal for use by the resident or occupant.
